Every custom piece I create is handmade, thus not perfect. Beautiful, but not perfect. I do not accept returns or exchanges on orders, unless the item was delivered damaged. If this is the case, please contact the shop immediately, and we will work together.
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery via USPS Priority shipping within the United States. A tracking number will be sent to you when your item has been shipped. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
